Engineering Construction and Architectural design consulting is our family business. We felt some inconvenient to travel, even we have a car or hiring car. We found that these inconveniences overcome by call taxi service. But the convenience of call taxi services were in major cities only. We wished that the same would be reached in other areas and wished to provide all travel related facilities in their own place. That wishes created the SAFE TRACK call taxi service.

MINIMUM HOUR’S PACKAGES

For just 2 or 3 hours journey, if we hired car or an acting driver, Day rent and driver bata makes our travel costlier. To avoid these we are giving minimum hours packages and minimum Kilometer packages.

TRANSPARENT TARIFF DETAIL

Suppose we hired taxi, day rental or night rental, fixed charges, bata and etc hurting us. And we don’t know the rate they asked is correct or wrong.  To avoid these, we are giving our transparent tariff detail. It has all detailed rate ie, distance wise, hours wise and vehicle wise. That’s getting your faith.

QUICK ALTERNATE SERVICE

To avoid the time delay due to breakdown we are giving alternate service from nearest area. We have taxies in Ramnad, Paramakudi, Manamadurai , karaikudi, sivagangai, sivakasi, srivilliputhur and Madurai.

GOOD DRIVER & CONDITIONED VEHICLE

As we are inspecting all vehicles in track periodically and encouraging good drivers by giving rewards and apply penalty if not proper. We have instructed and Trained drivers.  Conduct meeting in regular interval to avoid the miscommunication among team. We are giving good business and Taxi owners are supporting us by giving Good driver & conditioned vehicle. We are giving periodical reminder to taxi owners to update all, regarding vehicle maintenance and FC and all documents.
